HOW IT WORKS

1.  Every coaching engagement starts with discovery to gather outside perspective, typically done with 360 assessment or an interview process.

2.  A development plan is created and then a confidential, outcomes-based coaching engagement begins.

3.  There is a role for the manager so that progress made is always driving and supporting overall business outcomes.

4.  Each engagement is closed with assessment and measurement to make certain that goals were met -or exceeded.
